Project Summary:

MaxCorp led the end-to-end delivery of a custom-built Quality Management System (QMS) designed to digitize and streamline quality processes across the Distribution Center and Supply Chain. The platform was built using Microsoft Power Platform CRM and fully integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, supporting internal teams and external vendor producers.

🔹 Project Planning & Governance

  • Created detailed Project Charter, outlining scope, schedule, resource planning, and cost estimates.
  • Developed and maintained project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Secured stakeholder buy-in and SteerCo approvals at key phases.

🔹 Requirements & Process Design

  • Conducted requirements workshops and discovery sessions with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Delivered comprehensive process maps, gap analyses, and prioritization frameworks.
  • Defined execution roadmap aligned with business goals and compliance needs.

🔹 Solution Architecture & Build

  • Oversaw infrastructure provisioning and Power Platform environment setup.
  • Led the solution architecture design and facilitated architecture reviews.
  • Managed iterative development and testing cycles including UAT.

🔹 Agile Delivery & Scrum Leadership

  • Facilitated Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, and Sprint Demos.
  • Provided Agile coaching to the Scrum Team and helped remove delivery roadblocks.
  • Ensured adherence to agile best practices, timeboxing, and backlog grooming.

  • Defined and implemented the Test Strategy and Test Plan.
  • Managed risk logs, identified dependencies, and planned mitigation strategies.
  • Ensured robust QA and change management processes were in place.

  • Coordinated cutover planning, deployment execution, and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborated with Training, Marketing, and business readiness teams to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Managed internal and external communications and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
