Client Services Specialist - MR

We are currently hiring for Client Service Specialist position for International Sales.

    Servicing clients across global locations.
    Ensuring quality & timely project delivery while maintaining a cordial and professional relationship with the clients
    Negotiating with best costs and terms of payment
    Networking and research for business development.

Sales & Client Acquisition

    • Identify and prospect potential clients across industries requiring market research, projects, and technology services
    • Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and networking events
    • Generate qualified leads and support the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demos

Marketing & Business Development

    • Support marketing campaigns, lead generation activities, and events
    • Represent the company at industry conferences, meetups, and networking events
    • Assist with social media outreach, promotional campaigns, and partnerships
    • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related field
    • 0–2 years experience in international sales, marketing, business development, or client services
    • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    • Highly motivated with a hunter mindset and entrepreneurial attitude
    • Comfortable with cold calling and outreach
    • Familiarity with Bids, RFPs, RFQs
    • Ability to travel, as required, for client meetings and industry events
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and CRM tools
