MaxCorp Consulting has been working on research & studies using smaller samples of proprietary data whilst recruiting respondents for the studies.  Understanding the emerging trends and technology, MaxCorp has organized the internal data and have procured data from portals, partner apps , websites, etc and have created a validated panel book designed for online studies.

Sample Sources

MSample stays in touch with the Panelists with mails & newsletters, sent, at least ,every quarter and screens panels at defined intervals. MSample provides small incentives for screening completes as well.

Our primary sources are from portals and direct recruitments – and there are no marketing or sales pitches made to them from partner sites.

As of now we have limited panels of hard-to-reach groups – however, the team has very intelligently screened the panel to achieve the maximum input.

MaxCorp relies on selective partner panels for out-of-coverage areas and panels which we have used in internal studies.

Sampling

A systematic approach

Survey Router : MSample deploys a internally built and customized  router to pick respondent in accordance with defined demographics & screening criteria.

The router also identifies frequency of surveys routed, responded, quality.

Priority are assigned in order of maximum and optimum utilization of panelists, activation status & quality – apart from client defined criteria.

The software stores information of the Panelists participations, incentives, activation  – making it feasible to define the selection criteria  for  any study.

The IT and Research Manager jointly defines the router parameters.

Data Profiling is defined during screeners and updation is scheduled in defined time frames of half yearly, yearly – apart from regular updates.

Survey Invitations are direct and contain only relevant information along with link info – making it as simple as a tweet. Depending on  project specs, details  can also be provided with invitations.

Incentives are provided to Panelists in two schemes – upfront & bonus points.  Upfront Incentives are provided in cases where clients wants a specific incentive to be payed for taking the survey.  Bonus Incentives are quarterly rewards for participating in certain  number of surveys – which are exclusive of Upfronts.

For best offers, we seek to understand the survey sample size, LOI, screeners and time frame for the survey.

We are in constant touch with our Panelists across the year – with a minimum of four responded  sessions  in feedback, screening etc.

MSample is equipped to provide with participation rates – completion, terminates, drop outs, average time, gross  target sample in text and graph.

Data Quality

MSample employs a quality team to monitor survey performance & data quality – apart from software quality maintenance.  The team restricts duplicity, redundancy, & also analyses average survey time, inconsistencies in data if any.

The software maintains report log of Panelists data with participation  history of surveys, activation, quality etc and can be organized for re-contact.  The router sorts the Panelists in accordance to algorithms designed to maximize utilization of panel members – a lower limit and upper limit to participation is set based on panel types, time interval and specific criteria.  Under certain cases, Panelists may choose to limit participation  up to certain number of surveys in a time interval.

Panelists provide prevailing identification primary keys which are pre-defined for the specific area/country.  This helps in authentication and validation of information.

Panelists are listed and validated by confirming their inclusion in our panels for participation  in surveys and studies whilst assuring them with compliance and anonymity.

Data Security

All data compiled, organized and validated by MaxCorp is to be used solely for market research and surveys.  Panelists receive a confirmation of privacy of personal information or  feedback from any third party.  Data is securely hosted with renowned vendor partners and is maintained onsite in in house anti hack anti leak environment.

Survey material and data is also maintained in a high secure software environment with  proper firewalls and undownloadable formats.

For surveys with children  and under-18s – we list the panelists with mandatory contact information of parents as well.  Parents can opt to receive review reports, participation logs etc; Incentives are disbursed to accounts defined by Parents.  However, invitations and links are sent to panelists only and responses are not shared.
